Is this secure? Can the AI change our data?
Security is built into the architecture. The AI Connector uses Oracle's official MCP protocol with OAuth 2.0 authentication. Access is controlled by your existing NetSuite role-based permissions — Claude can only see what the assigned role allows. The default configuration is read-only, so the AI cannot modify, create, or delete any records unless you explicitly enable write access.
Do we need to be technical to use this?
Not at all. Once we set up the connection, your team interacts with Claude in plain English. Ask questions like 'What were our top 10 customers last quarter?' and get instant answers. We train your team as part of every package.
What version of NetSuite do we need?
You need a current NetSuite release with access to the SuiteApp Marketplace. The MCP Tools SuiteApp is available there. We'll confirm compatibility during our initial call — it takes about 30 seconds to check.
How is this different from NetSuite's built-in AI features?
NetSuite has built-in AI features like Narrative Insights and Text Enhance, and they're useful. But they're general-purpose. We build custom workflows for your specific business processes — your sales pipeline, your vendor analysis, your financial reporting. Think of built-in AI as the default camera app and our workflows as a professional photo editing suite.
How long does setup take?
Quick Setup and DIY packages: same day. Done-For-You and AI Quick-Start: 3-5 business days. Full Workflows packages: 2-4 weeks. In every case, you'll be running live queries against your data within the first week.
